Bet history –
You can view your Account History in the My Account section of the site, where you can get a full overview of all bets you have placed and the amount staked on each bet.
Maximum deposit levels –
To control the amount you bet with, you can set a maximum deposit level and frequency in the Player protection section of My Account. Here you will be able to set daily or weekly deposit limits. Please note that a decrease in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take affect immediately, but an increase in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take 24 hours to take effect.
Self exclusion –
If you think your gambling is becoming excessive or out of control, we offer a self-exclusion facility. By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with us, you will be prevented from using your account during the period of your self exclusion. Self exclusion is for a fixed period chosen by you (minimum 6 months). During the period of your exclusion, we will do all that we can to prevent new accounts from being opened by you - and you mustn’t attempt to bet with us.
Call 0800 666 160 or email Customer Services to self exclude today, letting us know the length of time you wish to self exclude (minimum 6 months, maximum 5 years).
At the end of your self exclusion period, you may make a request to resume gambling by calling Customer Services (emails not accepted). If this request is approved, a mandatory 24-hour waiting period will be imposed.
Unless you request self-exclusion, any account that is simply 'closed' can be re-opened at any time.
