- Road: On A435 north of Cheltenham, 5 miles from M5 junctions 9,10 or 11.

National Hunt - left-handed, galloping with stiff fences.
Old Course (circuit 1m 4f)
The Old Course will be used on the first two days of the meeting. On the Old Course there is just one fence in the home straight.
New Course (slightly longer)
The final two days of the Festival are held on the New Course which has one tricky downhill fence and two fences in a longer home straight. An undulating track, ability to stay the trip is essential.
The Sporting Index Course is made from natural hedges, banks, ditches and timber, winding around the centre of the other courses.
